At the time of acquisition, the commercial strata units faced significant underutilization, with just 35% occupancy. Recognizing the property’s potential, Weathervane embarked on an ambitious plan to revitalize the space and unlock its value.

Through a carefully executed retrofit, the property was transformed into a vibrant and thriving retail complex.
